Answer: Interoperability is at the core of Jiuroad's products. All our DC and AC products natively support the OCPP 1.6J protocol and have completed the technical upgrade to OCPP 2.0.1. To ensure smooth integration, our software team provides standard API interfaces and whitelist configuration services. Before the official deployment, we can access the customer's backend system via remote VPN for interoperability testing to ensure that core functions such as charging initiation, real-time billing, remote diagnostics, and firmware over-the-air (OTA) updates operate stably on your private cloud or third-party platforms.Q2: How does the "Full-Flex" power distribution technology specifically enhance operational efficiency?
Answer: Traditional fixed power allocation leads to significant energy waste. Jiuroad's full-flex power stack employs dynamic matrix switching technology. When multiple vehicles are charging simultaneously, the system does not simply distribute the current evenly but schedules it at the millisecond level based on each vehicle's real-time BMS requirements. For instance, when one vehicle is nearly fully charged (entering trickle charging), the system automatically transfers the released module power to another vehicle with low battery and a need for high current fast charging. Answer: We have established a dual service system of "digitalization + localization". Through the built-in intelligent gateway, our engineers can remotely diagnose over 90% of faults online. For hardware replacement, since we use standardized module design, non-technical personnel can also complete the hot-swappable replacement of modules under guidance.
